MRC is a Spirit-filled, Pentecostal church wholly devoted to gospel outreach and evangelism as our core ministry. Since our founding in 1997 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, we have carried the burning mandate of the Great Commission—to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ with boldness and compassion, reaching the lost wherever they are found.

Our ministry is not confined to church walls. We take the good news of salvation directly to the people—house to house, on the streets with megaphones, at marketplaces, bus stops (daladala), colleges, hospitals, and prisons. Through gospel tracts, one-on-one witnessing, and open-air gatherings, we proclaim Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to multitudes who might otherwise never hear the message of hope.

By God’s grace, MRC uses a dedicated Gospel Truck for mobile evangelism—conducting powerful outreaches across villages, towns, and cities. In these meetings, many experience deliverance from demonic oppression, healing from sickness, restoration of broken lives, and even financial breakthroughs through the power of God.

Every local MRC church organizes regular outdoor crusades, making evangelism our lifestyle rather than an occasional event. Under the visionary leadership of Bishop Roderick Mbwambo, MRC has reached 20 regions of Mainland Tanzania with the gospel (with 6 regions and Zanzibar remaining), and the Lord has opened doors for evangelism and teaching in Kenya and Uganda.

Some of the Regions reached so far: Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Shinyanga, Tabora, Singida, Tanga, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Kigoma, Mbeya, Mtwara, Lindi, Pwani, Kagera, Dodoma, Njombe and others.

Our mission is clear: proclaim Christ everywhere—on the streets, in villages, in cities, and to the ends of the earth—raising disciples, planting churches, and ushering souls into the Kingdom of God.
