MEN'S MINISTRY
MEN AFTER GOD’S OWN HEART
The Men’s Ministry at Maranatha Reconciliation Church (MRC) is built under the role model of God the Father. Our mission is to see men rise into their full calling—both spiritually and naturally. We are committed to ensuring that men participate fully in the Great Commission by reaching unreached communities, while also taking their rightful position of fatherhood within their families and the church. This ministry serves men in all churches of MRC, including those in rural areas.
UNDERSTANDING MANHOOD AND FATHERHOOD
We encourage men to embrace their God-given identity and understand why they were created as men. This includes their vital roles in marriage, raising children, and spiritual leadership. Men are taught to use both their physical strength and their minds, as endowed by God, to serve Him faithfully, care for their families, and contribute positively to society.
BUILDING STRONG FAMILIES AND LIVELIHOODS
The ministry also empowers men to reach their full potential in both spiritual and economic life. Men are encouraged to engage in income-generating activities to provide for their families and support the work of God. Our spiritual father, Bishop Rodrick Mbwambo, has continually inspired fathers to advance both spiritually and physically. By strengthening family bonds through love, responsibility, and biblical fatherhood, MRC men become a beacon of God’s love to their households and communities.
BROTHERHOOD, ENCOURAGEMENT, AND PURPOSE
Men are called to encourage, motivate, and exhort one another. Many go through challenges and hardships, so the ministry emphasizes prayer, fellowship, and bearing each other’s burdens. We believe men should discover their unique purpose in Christ and unleash their full potential for the glory of God. Above all, we emphasize the foundation of love—loving God first and then loving family.
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Gen 1:27
